Siren

She walked along the ground head held high and dragon like wings held open. She paused and looked about her before the bright red coloured flames coated her already blood red tassels. She flicked the dragon wings coming out of her shoulders, with the membrane of the wing attached to her side, matched the colour of her coat and tassels. her eyes from afar looked like black pits but come close you can just see the red flecks all though her black eyes. At shoulder height she is taller then both her mother and farther at 21 hands high.

She folded her wings back to her side and stopped moving to smell the air around her and tested the air for any tastes that may be on the wind. She lowered her head and sniffed the ground and sighed before lifting her head to look around once again. She shut her eyes then started to sing so sweetly that anyone who listened would have a hard time to forget her voice

When she finished she opened her eyes she found herself looking into the blood red eyes of a stallion smaller then her but looked like her in more then one way. She looked at him at the blood red dragon like wings and the black coat. Siren sighed then spoke once again in the same sickly sweet voice as before "Hello father, good to finally see you"

"Never except to see me again, as you are no daughter of mine that fiend from hell you call mother got her wish I see"

She shied away from his words then stopped and growled "At lest she was there for as I grew you dim witted stag"

"She chased me off, I'm Dragon Wing and that is all you shall know about me girl, I know what you are and I do not want anything to do with you"

Siren sighed once more "Farther call me Siren and I shall be around for I have your blood in my veins meaning I am you daughter and you can not change that"

I watched him go before going back to humming the song I had just sang.

Morethirya hung on the wind above watching. Wait... that fae was a half sister of hers? Else why would Dragon Wing, her beloved father call the other daughter? The chestnut skewbald pegusas winged her way down, appearing after her father left.

She looked to see another this time a chestnut skewbald pegusas mare, just after he had left "Greetings to you i am Siren"
She stretched her wings then looked at the mare and was that she looked some what like my farther "you must be a younger half sister of mine, you seem to have some of fathers traits"

She once again looked around then back to her half sister " so why did you come down after father left"

Morethirya chuckled. "I am indeed one of Dragon Wing's children. I am Morethirya, and I only come down to you now because I did not think I would be a welcome sight for my father, coming to meet you." Wisdom showed in her voice. "It is nice to meet you Siren." She smiled.

"I come from the land of Misty Mountains, a place I now rule in our father's stead."

She nodded her had at Morethirya's words "nice to meet you Morethirya, Queen of Misty Mountains, i may be dark but I always keep family close at heart why else would i seek out a father who dislikes me"

I looked at my sister "how many other siblings do i have?" i asked her as i wanted t know just how many siblings I had here.
"No stallion really wants a daughter who grows 3 hands taller then him"

"We have two younger sisters. ONe is red chestnut bodied with plain white wings. Her name is Dal Yung. Her twin is wingless and looksjust like my mother, Dragon Wing's queen, Moonsldight. Her name is Sonata's Dance."

Morethirya chuckled. "And I should tell you, light or dark, so long as a horse poses no threat to me or those in my lands they are welcome there. That goes for wolves too."

She listened well then smiled as she told me about two younger sisters and what they looked like "nice, i would like to meet them one day"

She smiled at Morethirya's next words "well i will never pose a threat to any of my younger siblings"

"Perhaps you could come and meet them? Father would never say no to me, after all I do out rank him." She smiled at her older sister. "Its strange I never even knew you existed until now." It wasn't like Dragon Wing to say such things.

She nodded her head in agreement "that is true i'm sure father will get use to me one day" She smiled at her then heard her say something more "thats my mothers fault, father never loved her and she choose him to be my father, called him in with her singing and that was that, afterwards mother chased him away"

She sighed. "Why do some do things like that? Its stupid in a way., no offense." She sighed, itching her ear against her leg. She seemed to get itchy there a lot.

"She wanted only one foal i guess and she wanted to stay a roamer because as soon as i could walk thats all i did for days or weeks at a time, no offence taken" She watched her itcih her "here let me help" She walked over and started to scratch her sisters ear gently with her teeth.

She sighed. "A pity, father's a nice guy overall," she replied. "Would you come and visit us all with me maybe?" She chuckled where her sister itched her ear. "That tickles."

She chuckled then smiled when her sister said she was tickling her "sure i would like to go with you". She kept doing it for a little longer then stopped "your itch gone yet"

Morethirya laughed. “Yes, it is gone, thank you,” she said, smiling at her sister. She smiled. “Shall we go home?” she asked, drinking from the river for a few moments.

She very much looked forwards to showing her sister around the land that she called home. The land that was her territory, and no one else could say otherwise.
