Dawna - the Egyptian Princess

Age: She prefers not to disclose.

Species: Equine.

Breed: Akhal-Teke.

Gender: Mare.

Description: Dawna is tall and slender, much like a greyhound dog. She has long legs and beautiful long neck. Gorgeous brown eyes and a stunning gold coat that seems to shimmer, as is a common feature with Akhal-Tekes. She has white socks on all four legs and a white blaze from her forehead to her nose. Her conformation is perfect, without flaw, and she knows it.

Height: 16.1 hh

History: Dawna is originally, and always will be, a tame horse. She was born and raised in captivity, being the most prized possession of the royal Egyptian family. To the other horses that the family owned, Dawna was the princess, the most important, and the most highly regarded. All respected her. Until one day when a foolish stable-hand decided to try and take Dawna for himself. They were halfway across the desert when Dawna broke free. However, she was lost, and could not find her way home. Somehow she stumbled across this kingdom and has decided to try to live her life as a wild horse.

She originally belonged to Athenadora's herd but she has since left in search of love, and a family.

Personality: She is quiet and friendly, though can be stand-offish and slightly rude and offensive when you first meet her. Dawna tends to think everything should be handed to her on a silver platter, though she knows it shouldn't. She doesn't really like attention and will most likely avoid recieving any if she can, though it is hard because he coat is very eye-catching and many stallions take a fancy to her. Though she no longer resides in the royal barn, she still considers herself a princess, and expects to be treated as such.
