| The dark horse moved through the dawning sky, liking how it seemed to make him blend in with the trees around him. This was something he could likely get used to. It was a beautiful place, and he knew there were some similarities between it and his old home. Things that brought back memories of his pathetic brother. The thought of Kula angered him, but he kept his rage in check. That was something he would one day have to deal with, if they ever met again.
He did not know any of the horses here in Freedoms Palace but this seemed to be the home for him. He would follow what ever rules were set out here.
He stopped, waiting for the king to come quietly.

| Feathered wings beat against turbulence of flight as daggers moved forth the moment they touched the ground. Storm hued daggers touched it lightly, drifting across the surface of the land like a small current against gray river rocks. Bees buzzed anxiously around their prizes, the fully bloomed irises of mid-summer. The pretty things gathered in bunches around rocks and trees. Fantasma had thought of giving one to his sweet queen, but small thoughts had slipped his mind due to the tensions gathering in the lands below them. The creatures suddenly shut their mouths as a small form approached.
Pure ebony absorbed sunlight, taking in all the warmth of the hot summer in all it's wrath. Bright blue orbs glistened greatly as the cascading light engulfed him in power and glory. A spiraling horn glinted as he stepped forward, regal onyx skull held high like any king's should. Feathery wings tucked themselves to his sides so that he would not be injured if this turned into a confrontation. Fantasma's muscular pillars took leaping strides forward, eating up hills and ground as he made his way to the figure that came upon his beautiful land. Many had come as onlookers, and many had challenged, just to be defeated in the end. Fantasma was in his prime and not a fair match for anyone. Something told him that this didn't seek his power, though even though he acted like one of the darkness.
"Greetings," he said, sauntering forward in a kingly way. There would be rules set out from the beginning of his coming to this land. "I am Fantasma, king," he he introduced, a small smile tugging at his lips. Fantasma was a kind and loyal spirit; if this stag did nothing to him, he would be allowed here. Chestnut was the oncoming stag, and he stood two entire hands below him. "Do you wish to wander here, live here, or challenge me?" he asked, wondering what the answer would be thoughtfully as he looked him over once more.

| "I seek a home, sir, and a chance to restart a ruined life," the young stallion replied, bowing his head in respect. He'd been raised to respect his elders. Though no respect would his brother ever get. There was no chance of that, not after losing his entire herd to the other horse. Painful though that might be, there was still a chance for him to rebuild in this wonderful land that he had stumbled upon. If given the chance to do that he would. There was no chance that he would force the king of the lands to surrender to him, it was not the way he was. Sure he was powerful, but there was no chance he stood a change against this older winged stallion. | |

| Fantasma stood tall and mighty as the stag explained about past life of grievances. What might he be running away from? The king found it sketchy but supposed he would keep to his own while staying here. If he didn't, he would face severe consequences. "There are rules," he murmured as the chestnut bowed his skull. Submission had kept this herd peaceful for all of its existence, for millions of years in time. Hierarchy was always the way to go about these things. "You will not touch any of my mares, especially not Omeya. You cannot challenge my son for beta or me for king. You must not touch Melodia or any other mares of any other herds. My allies are your allies, suggest someone, but don't make them. No forcing. All your children will be taught the ways of the Alicorn, fighting wise, since they will have no horns nor wings," he finished up, wondering if there were any questions, rebellions.
"If you follow these, you may stay," he replied graciously. Fantasma supposed this chestnut was about the same age as him, perhaps a year younger. Obviously, he had many enemies and much hatred in his life, or he wouldn't have come here to restart. Fantasma supposed it was only a matter of time until he found out the truth about this...horse. Orbs filled with disappointment suddenly as he recalled that he hadn't even gotten this new stag's calling. "What are you dubbed, sir?" he asked. Surely, some were trying to hide their identity, but he wouldn't tell a soul if the stag requested it.
The great king watched his youth beside her mother in a meadow nearby. Chrisanthia was another one of his beautiful heirs, a greatly build filly, the purest of Alicorn. Green grasses touched their pillars, the beauties. His ebony mare stayed with her, and Fantasma couldn't help but be proud of the two. "You may not touch any of my filly heirs.....don't talk to them, but your sons may if they wish," he said suddenly, turning his crown back to the chestnut one.

| "Staramboli it would be." He sighed. "I run from nothing except a past freindship that I never wanted." He sighed. "My story... well its not the easiest of things to relive."
He sighed looking at the stallion. If he wanted to know it, well, then he would speak of it. That fantasma's choice though, not his own. "Your rules I will abide."
