History ;; He was birthed in Japan by his mother, who was a soothsayer, along with one other brother and two sisters. His mother saw that he would have a tough road ahead, fraught with danger, uncertainties, death and betrayal. She named him "Ryuu", meaning dragon, and whispered to him once he was ready to set out on his own.

"I named you Ryuu, meaning dragon. But it also means strength - so, darling, whever you go, no matter what happens, don't give up. Remember, you have the strength of a dragon within you."

So he left. In China, where he roamed, he met a pretty she-wolf and fell in love. Together, they had just a single pup - a son, Koshi. However, a dear friend, who had become jealous of his life, killed his mate and his son.

He tracked down his 'friend' and slaughtered him - coldly, painfully and detachedly, watching him scream. It would have done his sister, Shikei, proud.

Blinded by anger and grief, he fled. Slowly, he met others along the way who helped him to heal, to train and become calm as a still reflection pool. The talisman he wears is a gift from them - to remember who he is and the amount of strength he has.

At least, he has arrived at Freedoms Palace, ready to seek a new life and a new start.

Ryuu is the calm in the storm and can think swiftly on his feet to make the right decisions. He goes for what will benefit the majority, instead of the minority. He is upright, brave, strong and caring, and will do anything to protect the ones he loves - even if he has to sell the soul to the devil to do it.
