Description: A light buckskin mare, her black mane stands stiffly up, and her tail is like that of a foal's. Her eyes are black, like purest night.

Height: 13.2 hh

History: Ultimus was born to a dying herd, hidden deep in the wild, where humans hadn't yet encroached upon their territory. However, a plague struck, and her herd died off faster and faster. Eventually, she was the only one left. Scared, hungry, cold, Ultimus ran fast and far, till she met a young stallion, who called her 'Ultimus,' since she repeated the word, saying quietly, frantically to herself 'I am the last... I am the last...' They didn't speak the same language though, and she soon left him, travelling at random, till she came upon the river known as Alaknanda. There, she met Desert Sun. After a time, she chose to return with him to his land, Carrick Cliff.

She was chosen as his queen, and for a long time they were happy. However, Desert Sun died, and Blade stole Ultimus... What will happen to her though, is yet to be.

Personality: Wise and insightful, she's skilled at the arts involved in ruling, as well as having a fair idea of how to care for foals. Of humans, she knows nothing though, having lived in places far beyond their touch for most of her life. At most, she knows of them by the rumors surrounding them. She lives without fear of them, despite that though.
