| Illurious I'll find you somewhere I'll keep on trying Until my dying day I just need to know Whatever has happened The truth will free my soul What was this place of such joyous moments? Curiosity sparked through his bones as his long, gangling pillars moved out, enveloping some of the earth with each stride. Politely tucked to his golden sides were the feathers, christened with wind and sunlight from soaring through the heavens and the clouds above earth. Hardly did his cream daggers touch her exterior. They soared to the tops of mountains where one could watch the world like an eagle....it was like being a god from heaven. The voice that spoke inside him told him that he could do anything, that this life was at his disposal and that anything was possible if he put his mind to it.
Dearest mother had called him Illurious, for the calling rang of glory and illusion both. What a good teacher had she been, when he was but a wee thing, hardly able to maneuver by himself. A grin spread over his features momentarily as he thought back to her; certainly, she must still be thriving with her new mate? Time passed and creatures changed with it, and time had affected him so well when it had caused others to grow weaker and more timid. It had strengthened him.
Illurious flapped his feathered wings a couple times, raising his daggers up slightly as he crossed the raging river before him. Firmly, he landed to the other side and traveled to a small creek bed where the water only trickled through. Small fish lingered in the rocks, hiding from the larger ones that loomed in the deeper waters. Quietly, he sipped upon it, the pure and crystal substance. Perhaps, someone would even come to join him, someone who he would find interesting to talk to. Someone like him. It wasn't always easy to find someone like himself to speak with, for many in this world thrived on death and darkness.
After all, he came here not because he was bored...but because he wanted something more in life than what he was getting. Sure, staying with his kind brother, Wildfire, was quite nice. Wasn't there more to the world though than what he was seeing? There was so much undiscovered beauty that held his attention, for much of it was foreign to his innocent blue orbs.
ooc; anyone can post, he's a goody goody (:

What is there to fear in the world? Is there anything to fear? I know nothing of life ouside fathers herd... But I most certainly not stupid She cantered through the forests, having said goodbye to her sisters not too long ago. Ebony as the night, she knew that many looked upon her with horror and unkindness in their minds. She was a sweet young thing, and she knew she had much to offer her world. She couldn’t fight, no that was something for the stallions only in her homeland. Not that she cared about that. Fighting was horrible and pointless to her it would seem. She stopped by the river, drinking and listening to her surroundings. They were unfamiliar and she hoped she would be safe here.

| Quiet was his breath, soft and warm as it escaped his maw, energized...but he felt as if the world could hear the pounding of his young heart, filled with anticipation. Golden wings shone brightly in the dawning sun, pouring over him like warm honey. If only there was someone to share the sweetness of life with, someone who mutually understood him. One who knew the sky and felt the earth beneath them as inferior, something that could be kept away from them by soaring high above the atmosphere. They were eagles, protecting and loving all that was true and real in the world.
Crystal orbs shone at ill-ease as he glanced upon the beauty of the forest. There seemed to be many young faes, some who had already been swooning over him today. But something was different about him. Illurious didn't know if anyone saw this, but many of them seemed shallow and egotistical; there was no true light to these mares. They seemed horribly of the jealous type....which was not his.
Something yonder caught his eye though, a fae that most would take for a passing glace as an evil creature of night. The way in which she carried herself, in an easy-going fashion suggested otherwise though. Ebony as night was her silken pelt, sunlight fawning over her affectionately, kissing the warm fur that laid upon her bony form. She was fairly simple, with orange and red upon her ebony wings...but that was what drew him in closer. She was different yet welcoming to his gaze.
"Hello there," he said quietly, happily introducing himself to her. "I am Illurious, son of Xaneranth and Shimmer," he added, hoping that she would not mind the ivory flames that trickled up his nape.
OOC: I thought this was the winged one... or were the pics above the characters. if so, I meant Dilay...I will edit out this ooc post with a real one once we figure this out haha. I'll write as if this was the one I intended. I think you posted Akemi's profile twice, which was what confused me lol

| ((yes, Dilay would be the one))
Firey red orbs met his as she turned her head swiftly to look at him. He was one to talk. He was gold as the sun in comparison to her being as black as an eclipse. Her flame coloured parts were more faded than those of her other wings sisters, and to her that was a shame. For where she came from, she knew that the brighter one was the better chance you would be chosen by another stallion. She smiled a little, seeming completely at ease, standing by the river.
Her wings might be all feathers, but sometimes her mane and tail turned to flames. It was not something she could control, no one back home had seen anything like it before. She smiled. "Greetings, Illurious. I am Dilay."

| Gorgeous was the fae that stood before him, and he could hardly stand still because of the fluttering of his mind. And his tongue...oh, he couldn't say a word right even if he tried right now - it was tied in knots from just seeing her. Illurious felt especially vulnerable because of his innocence and inexperience. Like it would lead those that he had initially attracted away from him; he felt like a total idiot standing before her and not being able to say anything to her once she had greeted him.
Easily, he bowed his skull, as it was polite upon meeting a creature that one respected to show them gratitude. "It is quite nice to meet you, Dilay," he smiled slightly, glad to just be around someone new. "How are you today?" he asked, eyes bright and kind.
